Pharmacy Weight Loss Guildford is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Guildford and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. Our weight loss services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions that contraindicate treatment. Our clinical team reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if it is deemed clinically inappropriate. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended and could pose a risk to your health.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our GPhC-registered pharmacists and prescribers following a clinical assessment. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Our prescribers follow current MHRA guidelines and clinical best practice. You must disclose all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical history accurately. Failure to do so may result in clinical risk and the voiding of any prescription issued.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared, transferred, or resold.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. We accept major debit and credit cards.
We do not store full card details on our systems. Payment processing complies with PCI DSS standards. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, a full refund will be processed within 5 to 10 working days.
Once your order has been clinically approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via tracked courier to your specified UK address.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe place is nominated.
You may cancel your order at any time before clinical approval and dispatch for a full refund. Once a prescription has been approved and medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns for safety and regulatory reasons, in accordance with UK pharmacy law.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you experience a medical emergency or adverse reaction to any medication, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.

Your data will only be used to provide and improve our clinical services. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
